Areas of Focus

Business Growth and Client Acquisition

  • Actively identify potential clients and initiate contact to explore business opportunities.
  • Promote Techdoz’s technology services and solutions effectively to secure new business relationships.

Client-Facing Operations

  • Coordinate and support various aspects of client-facing operations.
  • Participate in meetings and provide solution demonstrations to existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring high-level support and satisfaction for clients.
  • Handle client estimates, invoicing, and procurement processes.

Relationship Management

  • Drive business growth through proactive business development efforts.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are achieved.

Vendor Management and Strategic Partnerships

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Collaborate with vendors to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Regularly assess vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align vendor services with company needs and projects.
  • Facilitate communication between vendors and Techdoz to ensure seamless integration of services and products.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Engage in marketing activities to promote the company’s products or services.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media presence and website content.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other networking events.

Requirements

  • Technical experience in IT services, including knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud solutions, networking, and software applications.
  • Familiarity with IT industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
  • 3 years of working experience in business development or a similar role.
  • College Diploma or University degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License.
  • Ability to travel (Across Canada)
  • Regularly lift/move objects up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role with the possibility of travel for meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Standard working hours with occasional overtime for events or critical projects.

Security Requirements (As Required)

  • Level 2 – Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC).
  • RCMP’s Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) checks.
