How It Works:

If You Are an Existing Managed IT Client:

  • Refer a business that signs a Managed IT contract, and you get one free month of service.
  • The free month is capped at the lower of:
    A. Your current contract level or
    B. The referred client’s contract level.

If You Are an Existing Break & Fix Client:

  • Refer a business that signs a Managed IT contract, and you get a service credit equal to their first contract value.
  • The credit can be used on a future project with Techdoz within one year.

By participating in this referral program, you confirm that you have obtained consent from the referred business to share their contact details with Techdoz. Techdoz will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Open to active Techdoz clients on a Managed IT Services contract or using Techdoz Break & Fix services in the last 2 years.
  • The referred business must sign a new Managed IT Services contact for the referrer to qualify for a reward.
  • Self-referrals, referrals within the same corporate entity, and referrals of past Techdoz clients are not eligible.

2. Reward for Managed IT Clients

  • The referring client receives one free month of Managed IT service, applied to their next billing cycle.
  • The free month is capped at the lower of:
    – The referring client’s current contract level, or
    – The referred client’s contract level.
  • Example: If a Level 3 client refers a Level 4 client, the referrer receives a free month at Level 3 pricing.

3. Reward for Break & Fix Clients

  • The referring client receives a service credit equal to the first month’s contract value of the referred client.
  • The credit must be redeemed within one year for a future Break & Fix project.
  • It cannot be split across multiple projects and must be used in a single transaction.

4. General Terms & Conditions

  • No cash value – Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied to services outside the program.
  • 90-day sign-up window – The referred business must sign a Managed IT contract within 90 days of the referral submission.
  • Program changes – Techdoz reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.
  • Disputes – In case of any disputes regarding eligibility, reward calculation, or program terms, Techdoz’s decision is final.
  • Privacy & Compliance – By participating, you acknowledge that Techdoz may contact your referral, and both parties’ information will be handled per Techdoz’s Privacy Policy.
